The We’re Here Now! creative arts festival is BACK, showing in Banbury for a 3rd year. Martin Carrolchick and Neil Mabbs are working with Louise Williams and their students at Banbury & Bicester College to create this year’s festival of visual arts. They have again taken over empty shop units in town, facilitated by Neil Wild of Wild Property, through Flashop .
Now showing is the Foundation Art & Design show until Saturday June 25th, at The Haven in Church Lane, Banbury OX16 5LR.
The fantastic Gallery Shop is also open Monday – Saturday, 10am – 5pm until Saturday June 25th, at 38 Parsons Street, Banbury, OX16 5NA
Students progress from their interdisciplinary University of the Arts London accredited Foundation course, to a diverse range of University courses such as fine art, history of art, architecture, graphic design, photography, fashion & textiles, games design as well as English literature, zoology and sociology; highlighting the importance of a broad based interdisciplinary education for inspiring and equipping students for future challenges.
