The online shop on this website is enabled by WooCommerce and Braintree. They provide the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you.

Payment Methods

We use Braintree, a PayPal Service, for secure, encrypted processing of payments by debit/credit card and Paypal. Payment will be deducted when we process your order and we will ship goods once full payment has been received by us.

Prices and Orders

We reserve the right to alter prices at any time, either up or down, up to the point that you place your order. Once you have placed an order we will send a confirmation email that should be kept in a safe place, as the details may be required in any correspondence from us. If you do not receive this confirmation email please contact dotpaleblue@gmail.com or call on 01295 788738. All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.


Delivery in the UK will be made by Royal Mail or ParcelForce and may require a signature upon receipt. Please refer to our Delivery page for more details and prices.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not happy with your goods or if they are damaged you can send them back to us, unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received them, within 28 days of purchase and we will refund or replace them including the cost of standard delivery. We require a copy of your receipt and your delivery address with returns and recommend that you use recorded delivery to send goods back to us. Please send goods back to: Returns, PaleBlueDot, The Quaker House, Ivy Lane, Shutford, Oxfordshire, OX15 6PD.

Once your return has been received we will contact you to confirm receipt and whether we are able to approve a refund. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation of receipt.

Every effort is made to present items for sale on our website accurately however slight variations, for example in colours and dimensions, may occur. Please note that there may be colour variations dependent on the calibrations and settings of individual computer screens and that printed material that you receive may vary from the examples you see on our website.

If you make a purchase from our Shop we will record your name, address, phone number, and email address and possibly an additional delivery address if you have requested that goods be shipped to an alternative address. If you choose to make a purchase by credit/debit card we will collect your card details but they will be used for the current transaction only and will not be stored.

We will not share any of your personal information with third parties except when we ship goods to you. The carrier will have access to your name and address however they are not permitted to share this information or use it for any other purpose than delivering your goods.
